out for Romance Scams
Valentine’s
Day is a good reminder to alert friends and relatives of internet romance
scams. Cyber criminals who use this type of fraud target victims, gain their
confidence, and convince them to transfer funds. Remind everyone to use caution
and never send gifts or money to someone they have not met in person.
