The difference in this one is he used a grainy video of the actual guy but of course the lips don't match and the voice definitely didn't match.  But I was able to use my second phone to record a little of the video. Ok, so this is the story. This guy sent me a message about some special grants available.  Of course and I know that is just hogwash.  But I had to play along. First he sent me a click for the contact person.  And of course, we never click on links from people we don't know. So I told him the link was broke.  LOL!  The he just sent me a phone # to text.  Well I couldn't text.  I had to call.  I called 6 times.  (I combined all recording into one) LOL!
